Bigger System
Do you need a bigger system to cool your home? Not necessarily. Failure to cool properly
could be caused by many different factors, including poor installation,
duct leaks, improper coolant levels, and dirty coils. It's not
uncommon to actually replace a poorly functioning unit with a smaller one
that's functioning properly.

Best Equipment
Who sells the best equipment? Every manufacturer has its strengths and
weaknesses. That's one of the reasons we service and sell all
brands. That way we can help you find the system that's best for
you. Most manufacturers make equipment that ranges from low end to
high end, and that means it also ranges from low cost to high cost.
Remember, the manufacturer is not responsible
for making you happy. We Are!

Heat Pumps
Heat pumps can save you up to 60% or more in
electrical costs - if they are properly designed, installed and
maintained. Customer complaints about heat pumps are almost always
due to improper installation and maintenance.

Three Bids
We often think we'll be getting the best deal if
we get several bids, but that only works if you're getting bids on exactly
the same thing. This seldom happens when you're dealing with heating
and air conditioning systems. The reality of the matter is not the
number of the bids, but the quality of what you're being offered in
exchange for your hard-earned money.
Never buy until you're happy with the quality
of what you're receiving!

Perfect Environment
A number of factors work together to make your
home comfortable. Believe it or not, the air temperature accounts
for only 25% of your comfort level. Humidity levels affect you as
well. High humidity encourages mold growth. Low humidity
affects the respiratory system. Think about how the air flow in a
room affects you. Do you feel drafts? Is a room stuffy?
Is the air conditioning noisy? What about the quality of the air
that's being circulated in your home? Is it clean? We
breathe in thousands of gallons of air a day. It's important for
that air to be free of dust, pollen and mold. Otherwise, we're not
happy.

Comfort Experts
It would be very easy to simply say you should choose us because we're the
best. Consider this, however. We've been in business in
North Texas since 1962. Elsewhere in this website, you can read
about our
guarantees we'll
put in writing and stand behind. You can read some of the
endorsements we've had from
previous customers. Beyond that, we'll
guarantee you the technicians who come to your home are consummate
professionals at what they do. They constantly study to upgrade
their skills, and they are career-minded in their focus. Your
comfort is always our goal, and that includes employees who will make you
comfortable enough to even leave the key to your home in their possession.
They do not smoke, drink or swear, and they do not have criminal
backgrounds. It's hard to find people like that. Trust is a
valuable commodity, and we search for people you can trust.
Beyond all that, we ARE the best.
